WHAT IS TWISTED?

Twisted is a festival and London based events collective founded in 2021. Twisted strives to work with and showcase a broad range of emerging and established artists who are pushing the boundaries of electronic music in an intimate, immersive environment without the constraints and pressures of UK nightclubs. 

At its core, Twisted Festival is about building community through a shared love of music, creating immersive experiences and pushing the boundaries of electronic music without the constraints of traditional nightclubs.

We build intimate environments and curate diverse lineups showcasing the most exciting underground sounds. Our vision is to establish a party utopia where music, visuals and atmosphere combine to transcend the everyday in an anything goes environment.

WHERE IS TWISTED?

Twisted is held in a secret location near Market Harborough, just an hour's train journey from London St Pancras. The exact location will be revealed to ticket holders a few days before the festival.

HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET?

Tickets can be purchased from our ticketing partner Resident Advisor.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

Twisted will open its gates at 11am on Friday 7th July. Music will run from midday till 4am on Friday and Saturday. All attendees must leave the site by 1pm on Sunday 9th July.

WILL CASH BE AVAILABLE ON SITE?

Twisted is a cashless site. Our bars and vendors will have card machines and enough wifi to use them!

HOW DO I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

The best thing to do is add your ticket to the resale queue on Resident Advisor to quickly and easily pass it to someone else.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE FESTIVAL?

There will be free parking at the festival for cars of 3 or more people. If you have less than 3 people, a parking permit costs just £5. 

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Due to the size and nature of Twisted we do have a restriction on the alcohol you can bring in. Ravers can bring in 4 cans or a decanted bottle of wine each. We understand “that's not fun” but it's mostly through the sales of our very reasonably priced bar that we can support such an incredible event for so few of you! So get stuck in. 

There is NO GLASS on site.

WHAT IS THE AGE RESTRICTION?

Twisted is a 21+ event, sorry kids!!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Bring clothing suitable for all weather, it will be July so we are hoping for the best but you never know, it might be the year of the great Market Harborough monsoon so best come prepared. Twisted’s main stage/tent is open during the day and covered at night so it is important to DRESS TO SWEAT for the evening! 

Remember sun cream, all the usual camping bits and remember a refillable water bottle! We have thousands of liters of the tastiest water in all the land to keep you nice and hydrated for the whole weekend.

TL;DR it's a festival. Bring what you bring to a festival.

WHAT SHOULD I NOT BRING WITH ME?

Do not bring any glass, illegal substances, legal highs, and definitely no laughing gas. These will be confiscated at the gate. No animals or pets are permitted, if you would like to bring a guide dog or if you would like to bring a camper van, please get in touch at info@twisted-festival.com

WILL VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS BE CATERED FOR?

100% all of the vendors on site will be and will always be vegetarian or vegan as part of our efforts to do the world a favour. All vendors will be tastefully tasted for excellence and you will definitely not be disappointed.

WILL THERE BE MEDICAL SERVICES ON SITE?

Yes, but bring any medication you require with you.

ONCE I’VE ENTERED THE FESTIVAL, CAN I LEAVE?

There will be no re-entry to the festival once you're in, you’re in!

What about glamping?

We are offering a number of fancy bell tents. More on this soon.

CAN I WORK AT Twisted?

Of course you can. If you’re interested in working or volunteering at Twisted there's a place for you. There are loads of opportunities for stewards, decor, bar staff, artist liaisons, dancers, wellbeing and more! Please fill in the form here and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

WHAT IS TWISTED’S PRIVACY POLICY?

What data do we collect and when? When you place an order for Twisted we ask you for certain personal data to provide you with the tickets and instructions and info about the event. This personal data includes your: contact details including name, email and corresponding reference numbers from ticket outlets; the information we don’t collect: we will never collect credit/debit card information as we use a third party payment processor to handle this information securely. None of your credit/debit card information is ever stored anywhere on our website.

How do we use your personal data?

When you use our site, we will use your personal data to provide the requested product or service. For example, if you make a purchase of twisted tickets or participate in an event or promotion, we will use the contact information you give us to communicate with you about the purchase, event or promotion. If you contact our customer services, we will use information about you, such as delivery or payment information, or the product you have purchased to help you resolve a problem or question.
